The National Public Service Week (NPSW) is a yearly opportunity to celebrate the everyday work of our nation's public servants and to improve public understanding of and appreciation for their contributions. This year, the NPSW will be from June 13 to 19, with events across the nation. In conjunction with this year's theme, "Together, shaping Canada's future", women and men from across the country will gather to share their ideas and achievements, and to showcase their innovative and remarkable work.

Once again, representatives from Public Works and Government Services Canada and the Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) will be promoting Your Public Service Pension and Benefits Portal; the one-stop shop for all your pension and insurance benefits information. Representatives with extensive knowledge of the Compensation Web Applications (CWA) will also be on site to demonstrate the many advantages of the CWA's self-service pay, insurance and pension tools. Using these tools, you will be able to access and modify your personal compensation information online.

The Pension and Benefits kiosk and the CWA kiosk will be displayed on June 16 and 17 at Place du Portage phase III, Towers A and B, Gatineau. As well, representatives from TBS will be in the lobby of L'Esplanade Laurier, Ottawa, for the NPSW breakfast on Thursday June 17th from 7:00am to 9:30am, to talk about the Portal. Drop by and discover how you too can use the Portal and the CWA to your advantage!
