This year, in keeping with the Government of Canada's initiative to reduce paper consumption, the guide is available only online. To access your guide, you can select Statement Guides under "Information" (found on the left side navigation bar).

You should be receiving your annual statement shortly. If your department has access to the online personalized pension tools, you can view your statement online. If you need help to enrol to the tools, select the Enrolment Instructions under "Personalized Tools" (found on the left-side navigation bar). If you are unsure if you have access to the online personalized pension tools, please contact your compensation advisor.

Once you are enrolled, you can select the secure Pension and Insurance Benefits Statement option under "Personalized Tools" (found on the left-side navigation bar). From here you can view your statement online, which provides you with information that is updated monthly instead of once a year as is done with the paper statement.
