Did you receive your PSHCP benefit card? If so, your participating pharmacy in Canada is now accepting it!
If you have not yet received your card, it may be because you have not completed positive enrolment. You are encouraged to do so as soon as possible, because since November 1st, 2010 claims are not being processed until members complete enrolment.

If you are not a registered member of the Sun Life Member Services Web site, which gives you the ability to enrol online, we recommend you wait for your positive enrolment package from Sun Life. It should arrive between now and August 15, 2010 and will contain a pre-filled form that you can submit and an 11-digit PIN which will give you the ability to go through the process online.
If you are registered as a user on the Sun Life Plan Member Services website, you can complete positive enrolment online at www.sunlife.ca/enrolment_pshcp (www) using your access ID and password.
If you are not registered as a user on the Sun Life Plan Member Services website, Sun Life will mail you a positive enrolment information package starting July 15th, 2010 to the address they have on file. This package will contain everything you need to complete positive enrolment on paper. It will also contain an 11-digit PIN that you can use to complete positive enrolment online.
If you don't receive a paper enrolment package at home by August 15th, 2010, contact the Sun Life PSHCP Call Centre Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST in the National Capital Region at 613-560-7846 or 1-877-283-1411 (toll free).
Positive enrolment is mandatory for all PSHCP members. As of November 1, 2010, your claims will not be paid if you have not completed positive enrolment.
To ensure that you receive your PSHCP benefit card by November 1, 2010, submit your enrolment information to Sun Life by September 15, 2010.
