As part of the Government of Canada's initiative to modernize its pension systems, "imaging" has been introduced for all pension-related correspondence. This new service allows for forms, letters, documents, etc. received by mail or facsimile, to be scanned and stored electronically – permitting Pension Experts to access necessary information quickly and with ease.

Where PWGSC already had an imaging centre in operation in Matane, Quebec for other government business, it was decided that this facility would be an ideal solution for the pension needs of the Public Service Pension Centre. Although the mailing address has changed to Matane, this site is for mail processing and imaging only. The Public Service Pension Centre remains located in Shediac, New Brunswick.

Therefore, please note that all pension-related mail that was previously sent to Shediac should now be sent to:
